Report on the Navy Life Cycle Cost Model for the SEA NYMPH Project.

Abstract

The NAVMAT LCC FLEX 9D cost modeling program is applied to a NAVELEX concurrent development in order to forecase costs for all affected Naval organizations and to isolate cost drivers expected to emerge during the operational phase of the life cycle.
