Evaluation of the Learning Strategies Training Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conduct a preliminary evaluation of the impact of a learning strategies program on soldier performance. The objectives of the study were to determine if Instrumental Enrichment (IE) has an influence on soldier BSEP performance, and the combined effect of IE and BSEP on soldier job performance and cognitive skills.
