The FEE, a New Tunable High Resolution Spectrum Estimator.

Abstract

This report consists of three parts: 1. A circuit theory model of the spectral estimation problem is given. The flat echo estimator is defined. Some of its properties are explored. 2. Part two addresses a software implementation in an interactive mode. Examples are given. 3. Part three generalizes the scaler problem of Part 1 to the multi-dimensional vector cases. (Author)
