International Developments in Computer Science.

Abstract

This is a survey of developments in computer science in five areas of the world outside the United States with principal emphasis on Japan. Most of the information was obtained from documents and other sources available in the United States. The one exception is the trip report of three authors who visited Japan in October 1981.
