Abstract

This survey has been requested to obtain current task and training data on 326X4A incumbents. Major areas discussed in this report include: (1) the development and administration of the survey instrument; (2) the job structure within the AFSC; (3) a comparison of career field responsibilities to AFR 39-1 Specialty Descriptions; (4) an analysis of the Total Active Federal Military Service (TAFMS) and Duty Air Force Specialty Code (DAFSC) groups; (5) an analysis of training; and, (6) the implications of this occupational survey report.
