A Revitalized Mission for the USAR School.

Abstract

A review of the current mission of the USAR School and an examination of modification to its curriculum. A compilation of ideas on how the USAR School could serve a more viable role in the educational process of teaching and maintaining military science, skills, tactics, and philosophy to reservists and active duty personnel. An examination of how the needs of reserve unit commanders could be met by improving the skill level of enlisted personnel and the raising of the readiness posture of CONUS reserve units. A compilation of recommendations that could be implemented through the use of USAR School assets to improve effectiveness and efficiency. (Author)
