What Training Program Should Be Developed and Coordinated for E-8s in MOS OEE.

Abstract

A multi-service analysis of the training and supervisory responsibilities of E-8 recruiters is married to a survey of USAREC, Assistant Area Commanders, and DRC Sergeants Major. The melded data is then evaluated in terms of the identified critical skills and attitudes. Voluminous data collected is analyzed and synthesized. Nine carefully thought out and succinct recommendations follow. (Author)
