Engineer Construction Resources/Support in the Mideast.

Abstract

A general review of current methods/types of ongoing construction in the Middle East. An analysis of the engineering resources and support required to accomplish major construction in the region. A discussion of current U.S. construction requirements that appear to be slowly forcing U.S. contractors out of the region. Provides recommendations on how to keep U.S. contractors competitive.
