Systems Management for Force Modernization Equipment.

Abstract

Purpose of the paper is to induce ideas in developing an analytical tool that will assist commanders and staff at the division level to more efficiently implement the army's modernization program. It will also serve as a system for methodically planning and coordinating the myriad tasks that are required for all levels of command from the Battalion through Forces Command (FORSCOM). (Author)
