MX Hierarchical Networking System.

Abstract

This study evaluated four networking and two summarization schemes for use in the MX management information system. Results of the evaluation indicated that the hierarchical networking system and the activity coding summarization technique were superior for meeting user requirements. The report describes how these recommended schemes and techniques can be implemented into MX and provides an example of a network hierarchy. (Author)
