Experimental Determination of Initial Vibrational and Rotational Energy Distributions from the Reaction of Atomic Deuterium with Molecular Fluorine.

Abstract

Attempts to determine the initial vibrational and rotational energy distributions in deuterium fluoride produced from the reaction D + F2 yields DF + F are described. The results are compared with those obtained from the measured relaxation method and with data recently produced by other workers. (Author)
