Biodynamic Data Bank Feasibility Study.

Abstract

The report presents an investigation into the feasibility of establishing a biodynamic data base at Air Force Aerospace Medical Laboratory. The original objective of this study was to assess the feasibility of a biodynamic data bank at AMRL. Potential problems were to be analyzed, and recommendations made regarding the basic design and indexing scheme. Considering the overwhelming need for organization and storage of the data, and the available digital data mangement techniques, a biodynamic data bank is definitely feasible. It is the various data bank options which need to be carefully considered. In this document AMRL's data base requirements are examined. The procedure and programs which will satisfy these requirements are recommended for implementation. (Author)
