MISIL, Too Big to Fly.

Abstract

The establishment of the Management Information System, International Logistics integrated data base was accomplished at great expense of resources by the Navy. The goals of the system are to keep Navy financial and supply records compatible and accurate with a minimum of resources. With this idea I will demonstrate that these goals cannot be achieved without additional data base structural changes. My recommendation is one proposed course of action. (Author)
