Abstract

This is a report of visits made by the author to universities, industrial and other technical establishments while serving as a liaison scientist at ONR London from October 1979 to October 1981. The report begins by highlighting the most important topics, then goes on to describe research in France, Israel, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, West Germany, and Yugoslavia.
