Installation Restoration Program Records Search for Kingsley Field, Oregon.

Abstract

CH2M HILL was retained by the Air Force Engineering and Services Center (AFSEC), on 10 August 1981, to conduct the Kingsley Field Records Search under Contract No. F08637 80 G0010 0010, using funding provided by the Tactical Air Command (TAC). Department of Defense policy was directed by Defense Environmental Quality Program Memorandum 80-6 dated 24 June 1980 and implemented by Ari Force message dated 2 December 1980 as positive action to ensure compliance of military installations with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and implementing regulations. The purpose of DOD policy is to control the migration of hazardous material contaminants from DOD installations. (Author)
