The Kinetics and Spectroscopy of Aircraft and Rocket Plume Constituents.

Abstract

During the course of this program experimental investigations were carried out to meet two objectives: (1) to measure the temperature dependence of rate coefficients of radical-molecule and molecule-molecule reactions of specific importance in modeling of combustion and plume processes, and (2) to contribute to the general understanding of the temperature dependence of bimolecular reactions, particularly as it relates to observed curvature in Arrhenius plots.
