Abstract

This report along with its companion report (part II) present activities and accomplishments of the Southwestern Division (SWD) as related to reservoir regulation and water management activities for fiscal year 1981. Part II presents detailed summaries of reservoir conditions, water quality activities, and coordinating activities with other Federal and non-federal basin interests groups. (Author)
