The Use of the 'BLAKE' Computer Program to Calculate Thermodynamic Properties of Australian-Made Gun Propellants.

Abstract

The BLAKE computer program has been used to calculate certain quantities required for gun interior ballistic simulation and prediction. Thermodynamic data for gun propellants manufactured in Australia, and several which are candidates for local production, are tabulated for reference. A summary of the theoretical framework of the program is included. (Author)
