Abstract

This briefing outlines the project objectives and tasks required to develop a continuing program for predicting and analyzing the spectrum and orbital requirements of current and future space-related systems, and for predicting potential saturation conditions. The product objectives are to design and develop a capability for: (1) predicting and analyzing spectrum/orbital requirements of current and projected U.S. and international space-related programs, (2) evaluating engineering and architectural designs, (3) identifying and analyzing intentional/unintentional EMI, (4) predicting saturation in spectrum usage/orbital positions, (5) assessing means to accommodate growth, and (6) supporting preparations for space services WARC.
