Electromagnetic Scattering from Two Dielectric Spheres: Comparison between Theory and Experiment,

Abstract

A comparison is made between theoretical and experimental results for cooperative scattering between two spheres. The overall agreement between theory and experiment is quite good. Also a large side scattering resonance which was measured to be 44 times larger than that due to a single sphere was calculated to be actually 47.6 times larger. (Author)
