Information Systems Design Methodology: Global Logical Data Base Design.

Abstract

The methodology includes a detailed notation and procedures for developing a data base design that satisfies many applications, is adaptable to changes in applications, and is independent of specific hardware and software. The methodology is supported by the problem statement language/problem statement analyzer, a computer-based tool for developing information systems. (Author)
