Factor Stability of the Organizational Assessment Package.

Abstract

The Organizational Assessment Package (OAP) is currently undergoing a complete factor-by-factor revision. A part of this effort is reexamining the validity of the survey instrument in the light of data and experience gained from two years of field use. Specifically, this study concerned the consistency of OAP factorial validity across both functional area and demographic groupings. Three measures of factor consistency were used: congruence coefficient, s-index, and root mean square. Results showed excellent and consistent factor solutions across groups and methods of measurement. (Author)
