Military Installation Painting Problems: Survey Analysis and Recommended Solutions.

Abstract

This report has identified several of the major painting problems encountered by the Facilities Engineer offices on various Army installations. The problems were identified by analyzing the results of questionnaires sent to 14 Army installations and by visiting six installations to observe paint operations and interview personnel involved in these operations.
