Abstract

The objectives of the study are to investigate alternatives for development of area water and related land resources, to solve flooding problems, and to investigate solutions to drainage, erosion and sedimentation, and water quality problems. The overall basin study will be in three stages: Development of a plan of study to identify resource management problems; Assessment of water and related land resource problems and needs, and Analysis of alternatives.
