Abstract

The selected plan would consist of a levee and diversion at West Fargo/ Riverside; diversion from West Fargo to Horace; a 5-foot raise of Baldhill Dam. Fish rearing ponds and a hatchery building downstream of the dam would have to be replaced. About 140 acres of woodland and 125 acres of grassland would be required to compensate for the Dead Colt Creek tributary dam.
