A Preliminary Analysis of the Reliability and Validity of the Leader Observation System.

Abstract

After discussing the development of a newly developing leader observation system (LOS), an assessment is made of its interrater reliability and construct validity. A multitrait multimethod analysis was used. The results indicate enough initial support of the LOS to warrant its further development and testing. (Author)
