The Application of the Modified Gouy-Chapman Theory to an Electrical Double Layer Containing Asymmetric Ions.

Abstract

The modified Gouy-Chapman Theory is applied to 1:1, 2:1 and 1:2 electrolytes of unequal sizes near a flat electrode. This model features a potential of zero charge in the absence of specific adsorption. (Author)
