Phased Array Lens Radar System with Shared Solid-State Modules.

Abstract

A novel phased array system is described where solid-state T/R modules, which include diode phaseshifters, are shared between two apertures. Two such systems are required for hemispherical coverage. Efficient and cost-effective operation is claimed. (Author)
