U.S. Navy Enlisted Jobs: An Analysis

Abstract

U.S. Navy enlisted jobs were analyzed using the Position Analysis Questionnaire. The internal consistency of the analyses was assessed and several types of job-related information were extracted. Summaries are presented of similarities among Navy jobs, temperament and ability requirements of the jobs, relevant personnel tests, and equitable compensation.
