Abstract

This study had three basic objectives: Determine the range and type of stream flow dimensions being considered for hydroelectric sites in New England; Assess the interrelationships between various minimum flow regions, and Identify alternative measures for complying with minimum release requirements while minimizing negative impact upon project feasibility.
