Institutionalization or Making Labor and Management Change Programs Last,

Abstract

The basic argument of this paper is that many labor-management change programs, while initially successful, do not last. The reasons for this lack of persistence have been identified. Lastly, action plans to insure long-run viability are presented. (Author)
