Analytical Prediction of Turbulent Heat Transfer Parameters.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to construct a purely theoretical foundation for the phenomenon of turbulent heat transfer. In the present report the elastic buckling properties of inviscid flow are used to reconstruct classical features of turbulent behavior. The report also contains two experiments designed to visualize the buckling of high Reynolds number flow. (Author)
