Abstract

193088 MLRS, Missile Numbers BC-129, BC-122 and BC-132, Round Numbers V-363/PQ-94, V-364/PQ-95 and V-365/PQ-96, were launched from Brillo, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, at 0739:56, 0740:00 and 0740:05 MST. 15 Nov 82. The scheduled launch times were 0730, 0730:04.5 and 0730:09 MST. Meteorological data were recorded and reduced by the White Sands Meteorological Team, Atmospheric Sciences Laboratory (ASL), White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The data were obtained by the following methods: Surface; Standard surface observations to include pressure, temperature (Deg C), relative humidity, dew point (Deg c), density (gm/m cubed), wind direction and speed, and cloud cover were made at the Brillo Met Site at T-0 minutes; Anemometers data were provided from existing tower-mounted anemometers at Brillo. Monitor of wind speed and direction from one anemometer was also provided in the launch control room. Upper Air- Air structure (rawinsonde) were collected. (Author)
