A Nomographic Procedure to Calculate Poisson Equation Parameters,

Abstract

Nomographs and tables based on the Poisson distribution are provided. The graphs give the mean time between failures (MTBF) from test data at one sided confidence boundaries. Operating characteristic (O-C) curves for fixed time life test and fixed sample attribute test can be calculated. (Author)
