Lessons Learned from the Original Statement of Work,

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to document lessons learned during the early stages of the Logistics Management System (LMS) planning activities. As the planning activities took place, several deviations from the original methodology occurred. This document describes the reason for these changes. The lessons learned are in four major areas: Scenarios; Analysis; LMS Principles, and Logical Application Groups(LAGs). Throughout this report references are made to work done by Battelle under other contracts with the Air Force Logistics Command. These contracts are specified as appropriate. (Author)
