EDITSPEC: User Manual,

Abstract

The EDITSPEC System is an automated system designed to produce construction specifications from Corps of Engineers Guide Specifications. The System uses one central computer and a communications network to provide remote terminal access by Corps offices, nation wide to a central data base. This volume represents the user's manual. It includes chapters on: EDITSPEC system review, Command description conventions; Command form and execution; Command methodology; and Commands.
