Abstract

The EDITSPEC System is an automated system designed to produce construction specifications from Corps of Engineers Guide Specifications. The System uses one central computer and a communications network to provide remote terminal access by Corps offices, nationwide to a central data base. This manual provides the EDITSPEC system project manager with the location of the detailed instructions for managing the EDITSPEC system. It also provides the Computer Services Vendor with all procedures that require modification. (Author)
