The Foote House (10-AA-96), An Historic Archaeological Complex in the Boise River Canyon, Idaho.

Abstract

A report on the archival research and test excavations conducted on the historic Foote House site. The archival record supplemented with a archaeological data indicates that the site is a significant historic remnant. The Foote House is presently conserved in placed and is the preferred management technique for the present time. Consideration is given to the possible partial development of the area in the form of a small interpretive center. (Author)
