United States Army Definitions and Concepts for a System Approach to Successful Training Efforts and Results.

Abstract

The levels of Army management are reviewed in light of their assigned responsibilities for the timely production of Army materiel and associated training materials. Terms, management levels, and systems approach processes are discussed in detail. Product procurement is discussed in terms of inputs, processes, products, outputs, and outcomes, and the roles of executive senior managers. Senior managers, middle managers, and technicians are carefully delineated. (Author)
