Summary of Field Experiments and Technical Reports.

Abstract

This report contains a summary of a series of 18 job redesign field experiments conducted during the project. It explores the impact of changes in job attitudes and behaviors. This report also summarizes 11 other projects in the areas of Job Context, environmental structuring, cognitive evaluation theory, decision analysis, productivity enhancement, organizational processes, personal control at work and work unit structure.
