Organizational Stress: A Literature Review 1974-1982.

Abstract

104 ARTICLE ABSTRACTS, OBTAINED FROM THE American Psychological Association's Psychological Abstracts Search and Retrieval Service, are listed, described briefly and discussed. The most general themes in the discussion are that (a) studies of organizational stress appear to be largely studies of frustration and goal-blocking in organizations, and (b) future research should be more systematic than heretofore.
