Non-Parametric Statistical Software for the TRS-80 Microcomputer.

Abstract

This paper documents the development of a non-parametric statistics package for the TRS-80 microcomputer. The package is comprised of ten programs with the major emphasis on non-parametric hypothesis testing. The programming language is TRS-80 Level II Disk Basic. The package is compatible with any disk based TRS-80 Model I/III compatible microcomputer. With modification of the screen display and the disk access commands, the package is transportable to microcomputers produced by other manufacturers. The statistical analysis capability implemented on a relatively inexpensive system provides a useful tool to the student or the trained analyst. (Author)
