Installation Restoration Program Records Search for Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base, Missouri.

Abstract

The document explains DOD policy which is to identify and fully evaluate suspected problems associated with past hazardous material disposal sites on DoD facilities, control the migration of hazardous contamination from such facilities, and control hazards to health and welfare that may have resulted from these past operations. To implement the DoD policy, a four-phase Installation Restoration Program has been directed. Phase I, the records search, is the identification of potential problems.
