Abstract

Volume I contains the results of several literature surveys and is organized around the following topics: Information Presentation and Processing; Monitoring and Attention Sharing; Memory and Information Storage; Decision Making and Problem Solving; Effects of Stress on Performance; and Person- Computer Interaction. The final chapter lists several recommendations for future research. Volume II contains supplementary material relating to the several workshops that were held during the course of the project.
