Army Force Planning Cost Handbook (AFPCH)

Abstract

The Army Force Planning Cost Handbook (AFPCH) contains US Army planning factors which can be used in estimating resource requirements and costs associated with the Army force units. The AFPCH is designed to be used as an aid in analyzing variations in resource requirements (Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Military Personnel, Army (MPA) and Procurement) resulting from proposed force changes to approved active Army forces in a peacetime environment.
