Cost/Benefit Analysis of the Army Education Information System (AREIS)

Abstract

The purpose of this document is to indicate alternative modes for the delivery of the Army Education Information System (AREIS) to Army Education Centers world wide; project cost figures related to each of these delivery modes, and indicate anticipated benefits which may accrue to the Amy and to soldiers by use of the computer system.
