The Great I study covers the Upper Mississippi River from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota to Lock and Dam 10 at Guttenberg, Iowa. The main report describes Great I study organization, the study area, presents findings, conclusions and recommendations of the Great I Team; and provides a guide for implementation of the recommendations.
