Abstract

Report 2 consists of three parts. Part A, dealing with floodplain management issues and concerns along the Mississippi River, from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota to Lock and Dam 10 at Guttenburg, Iowa, and the Minnesota and St. Croix Rivers. Parts B and C deals with the costs of dredging operations, the environmental effects of dredging, and uses for dredged material.
