Fault Diagnosis of Nonlinear Analog Circuits. Volume III. Fault Diagnosis in the Tableau Context.

Abstract

This report derails a multifrequency tableau approach for the fault diagnosis of analog linear circuits and systems. The approach utilizes a modified Newton-Raphson solution algorithm to solve a nonlinear (often quadratic) set of tableau equations which characterize the parameters to be identified for the purposes of fault diagnosis. The theory and algorithm are applied to the fault diagnosis of a video amplifier circuit. (Author)
