Supercooled Water.

Abstract

In response to an invitation from Annual Reviews of Physical Chemistry, recent progress in defining and unravelling the anomalies of supercooled water and their origin has been reviewed. Some of the most useful new results have come fom binary solution studies. The field is presently in an interesting position with many of the most important properties now measured with acceptable precision and several noncomplimentary theories in circulation to explain them.
